Muffin Tin Monday: November 8, 2010



This week there was no theme.  So of course I was going to do the letter T which is our letter of the week.  Plans changed a little though.  We had an appointment this morning and the town where we were going is home to the grocery store with the best subs around (in my humble opinion).  My oldest son who was with me to help with the girls asked if we could stop for subs. I forgot all about Muffin Tin Monday until we were half way home.  So for a compromise I put the subs and other things we bought into the muffin tin and decided it was a "to go" meal:

Belly Washers special 100% juice with Hello Kitty topper (hey we don't make a practice of getting stuff like this but the bottle is reusable),  cake from Fellowship Meal yesterday, veges off the sub, olives off the sub, piece of ham and swiss cheese sub, hulless puffin' corn.
