Muffin Tin Monday: Green Represents Life

Today we had another Green Muffin Tin. I told the children it was because green represents life, such as the green growing grass and the buds on the trees. In actuality I wanted to use the green spinach tortillas I found. I remember seeing them in someone's muffin tin a few weeks back and was dying to try them. I finally found some this weekend. I love them, the kids, not so much.
