Celebrating the 4th of July with a Muffin Tin Meal

It has been an awfully long time since we had a muffin tin. Amelia was begging and begging for one for the holiday, so I had the hubby buy some yummy muffin tin components. Yes, I surprised the children.

I gave them:

 a chicken salad sandwich in the shape of a flag

Mini cupcake with red, white, and blue spinkles

Star-shaped cheese

Red and Blue Jell-o with cool whip

Red strawberries

White apple slices

Blue blueberries
