Wordless Wednesday: November 30, 2016 (w/linky) : Look Who Can't Put the Book Down

Amelia has tried reading Harry Potter before, but has never really been interested. Suddenly today she said she wanted to read them. We have been watching the movies, so perhaps that got her more interested. The thing was, she didn't want to put the book down. That was definitely different.

Starting to read:

Helping to clean up the floor after breakfast:

 Still helping with the sweeping:

Getting her hair done:

Waiting for school time to start:

Reading instead of watching the show:

Looking forward to seeing your Wordless (or not so wordless) Wednesday posts this week.

  2. I love these pictures! I am a huge Harry Potter fan so there is that... but also I just love when my kids get so wrapped up in a book they're lost to the world!

  3. I love Harry Potter series. What's great is even grown-up non-readers are reading about Harry. I know a young woman who owns the whole series and re-reads them. She doesn't read much else. Amazing! Glad your daughter has discovered a book she loves.

  4. My oldest son read the whole series about that age.

He now got accepted into a Spelling Bee at school. One of his words is, "Elixir". He knew what the word meant from the Harry Potter series.
