Littles Learning Link Up: St. Patrick's Day Shamrock Fun Round Up

Welcome to Littles Learning Link Up. Each month you will find:
  • A seasonal round-up (usually toward the beginning of the month)
  • Posts where I share what I have been up to with my preschoolers and/or early elementary children (including occasional highlight posts where I share how we used ideas that have been linked up here on Littles Learning Link Up).
Each week, I will host a link up, where you can share either what you have been up to recently, or old posts that may go with the theme.  Feel free to link up more than one post.

Each week I will continue to feature a couple of posts from those that have been linked up.

I hope you will continue to share your wonderful posts, and I hope you will find something new to try with your child.

It would be great for everyone to stop by and visit the other linked-up posts as well. Check them out, leave some comments, pin those that interest you. Let's make this a real party and socialize with each other.

It's time for this month's Round Up

I realized I never did a St. Patrick's Day round up. So, I figured it was about time to rectify that oversight. St. Patrick's Day is less than two weeks away.

When I first thought of doing this round up, I wasn't quite sure what I wanted to focus on. Many wonderful bloggers shared great ideas for shamrocks, leprechauns, rainbows, pots of gold, and St. Patrick himself. As I appreciate the fact that St. Patrick used the shamrock to explain the trinity, I decided I would focus on shamrocks for this year's round up. I even included some posts about St. Patrick. There are some four-leaf clover posts as well, and though they aren't technically shamrocks, I decided they were close enough, and some of them could even be modified to use with the traditional 3 sided shamrock if you so desired.

I hope you find some new ideas to use with your children this March.

  1. We've been working on a St. Patrick's Day pocket book that I'd had from my classroom. It's been lots of fun. Have a great week!
